A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow shoppers to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 14 Frasers Property Retail developments.
Alexandra Technopark, Anchorpoint, Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Changi City Point, Cross Street Exchange, Eastpoint Mall, Frasers Tower, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, The Centrepoint, Valley Point, Waterway Point and YewTee Point.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx App or through Customer Service at any malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. From 22 July 2019, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx App or through Customer Service at any mall of Frasers Property.
4. To apply, download the FRx App which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying Frasers Experience member’s benefits. Details can be found here

B. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Singapore are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. Frasers Experience members earn an electronic lucky draw chances with every $30 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when member QR code is scanned.
3. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $40 at a store, you receive a lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 another store, you receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $90 in 2 transactions, you receive 2 lucky draw chances.
4. The lucky draw will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, #03-01A, Singapore 119958 on 28 September 2020.
5. The winners will be notified by post.
6. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.
7. Frasers Property Retail reserves the right to donate unclaimed prize to a charity of its choice or replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.

FREE Weekday Parking
Scan your member QR code in the app when paying in-store at participating retailers. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same Frasers Experience account.
Participating malls comprise of Anchorpoint, Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Changi City Point, Northpoint City, The Centrepoint, Waterway Point and YewTee Point.
Minimum $10 spend in a single transaction at Anchorpoint, Bedok Point, YewTee Point.
Minimum $50 spend at Causeway Point, Changi City Point, Northpoint City, The Centrepoint or Waterway Point.
Maximum of 5 same-day, same-mall transactions at Causeway Point, Changi City Point, Northpoint City, The Centrepoint or Waterway Point.
Limited to a single redemption per Frasers Experience (FRx) member per day regardless of total amount spent.
Redemption is limited to the first 50 members at Anchorpoint, Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Changi City Point, Waterway Point and YewTee Point.
Redemption is limited to the first 200 members at The Centrepoint.
Redemption is limited to the first 100 members at Northpoint City.
Present your member QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service Counter to redeem Free Weekday Parking for first hour.
Available on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, members must scan their QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same Frasers Experience account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at mall Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.
5. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at mall Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.
6. All instant rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
7. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service.
8. The Management of Frasers Property Retail reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
1. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by Frasers Property Retail will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
2. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Frasers Property Retail reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
